Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)
Our well-known manufacturing client seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a close-knit group, this is an excellent opportunity to join a locally-owned organization as it continues to expand operations after 40+ years.
This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon.
Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing) Responsibilities
- Analysis of budget vs actual with explanation of variances.
- Pricing Calculations.
- Revenue analysis.
- Operating expense analysis.
- SG&A analysis.
- Financial Modeling to support decision making.
- Analysis of customer and product performance.
- Monitor and report on sales KPIs.
- Aggregate and analysis of large data sets to support changes in business trends.
Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing) Qualifications
- Must have worked in finance for a manufacturer that produces a large volume of products.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
- Strong knowledge of revenue, pricing, operating, selling general and administrative expenses (SG&A), and P&L.
- Proficient in ERP systems reporting software (Power BI or similar).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, graphs).
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $90k-$124k + Profit Share Bonus (DOE)
