Project Manager
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage iterative product development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. The successful candidate will oversee multiple agile teams, including geographically diverse teams both onsite and offshore, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and collaboration.

This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.

Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage iterative product development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee multiple agile teams, including geographically diverse teams both onsite and offshore, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and collaboration.
  • Plan, coordinate, and engage with stakeholders, including program strategy and presentations.
  • Coordinate progress, risk, and impediment mitigation efforts.
  • Track project progress and plan with team members.
  • Conduct weekly connects with the hiring manager.
  • Set up roadmaps and program milestones.
  • Engage with stakeholders and provide regular report outs.
  • Facilitate team norming and budget planning.

Project Manager Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to keep the project on track.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, program strategy, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including JIRA.

Preferred:

  • Risk and dependencies management.
  • Budget management experience.
  • PMP and Scrum Master certifications are nice to have but not required.
  • Experience in the utilities industry.

Compensation: $63-$73/hr. (DOE)
