Global Compensation Program Manager
Our client is seeking a Global Compensation Program Manager who will be responsible for supporting and executing our reward programs globally. This role requires hands-on experience in compensation management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments and regions.

This role is onsite in Duluth, Georgia.

Global Compensation Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of company-wide reward plans, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Manage the annual compensation processes, including merit reviews and bonus payouts, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide coaching on reward plan specifics and respond to local HR and business inquiries.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and periodic reviews of existing compensation programs; recommend changes and enhancements as needed.
  • Manage relationships with third-party administrators to ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery.
  • Conduct gender pay gap analysis and implement strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Global Centers of Excellence (COE), HR colleagues, Finance, and Legal to communicate program materials, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain job grading and architecture; draft job descriptions; conduct job analyses and gradings.
  • Act as a consultant to Regional Compensation & Benefits Managers and Local HR teams on job architecture and leveling matters.
  • Participate in designing compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with company goals.

Global Compensation Program Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software, ideally SAP / SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and senior leadership roles.
  • Expert understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems (e.g., WTW, Mercer, Aon, Hay).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with expert-level Excel and analytics skills.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Finance, Statistics, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in supporting and leading global compensation initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
  • Experience with global HR practices and regulations.

Compensation: $54/hr. (DOE)
