Office Sales Manager
Our client is seeking an Office Sales Manager to join their team. This key role oversees an administrative team supporting the sale, production, and customer support, and the client's products and services. On the sales and marketing side, they maintain customer relationships, support the client's sales database, and provide clerical support to the sales team, vendors, and customers. This individual also works with the accounting and human resource departments, assisting with financial reporting, benefits administration, and payroll.

This role is onsite in Kent, Washington.

Office Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Supervises administrative team and delegates assignments to support departments across company.
  • Works with sales and marketing teams to support ongoing deals and new leads, ensuring a seamless order and delivery experience for the customer.
  • Develops, maintains, and analyzes key indicators in our customer database.
  • Answers incoming calls and emails; directs inquiries and answers questions.
  • Manages office supply inventory.
  • Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports. Assist in resolving purchasing/receiving issues.
  • Special assignments as needed in support of other departments, including marketing, finance, purchasing, and customer service.

Office Sales Manager Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled at providing professional, timely service to a unique, nation-wide customer base.
  • Proficient use of computers including Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Experience with CRM systems like SalesForce a plus.
  • Able to manage own time and priorities.
  • Enjoy small business environment with a diversity of responsibilities and projects.

Salary:$70K-$90K/year. (DOE)
