Claims Representative (Customer Support)

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Westminster, Colorado.

Claims Representative (Customer Support) Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer claims/complaints in an empathic, timely, and satisfactory manner.
  • Research product, service, billing, shipping, etc. issues to provide effective service to customers.
  • Maintain documentation of claims, complaints, investigation steps, and solutions provided.
  • Process tax corrections to assist with resolving errors.
  • Assist with identifying ongoing complaints and potential solutions to develop improvements for products and processes.

Claims Representative (Customer Support) Qualifications

  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service and order processing experience.
  • Prior claims processing, sales support, order administration, accounting, call center, or similar experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with emphasis on customer service, active listening, and dispute resolution.
  • Able to learn new systems quickly; exposure to ERP and/or CRM systems preferred.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $19-$20/hr. (DOE)
