Our client is seeking a results-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Data Analyst Responsibilities

  • Support the enterprise project “Material Transformation” aimed at reducing material complexity to enhance innovation and profitability.
  • Engage in data analytics, strategy development, and execution to illuminate insights based on materials, product capabilities, and financial goals.
  • Foster and maintain stakeholder relationships to optimize vendor alignment and capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Material & Product Development, Sourcing, and Partner Management teams to achieve seasonal goals and long-term priorities.
  • Report findings and progress to the Sourcing Lead on the Footwear Sourcing team, contributing to strategic decisions and organizational goals.
  • Work closely with the Material Strategic Sourcing and analytics partners within the footwear sector.
  • Interact with Material & Product Development, Sourcing, and Partner Management teams.
  • Report directly to the Sourcing Lead on the Footwear Sourcing team.

Data Analyst Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of work experience with a strong analytical background.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake; Python/R and Alteryx experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets, draw conclusions, and present coherent viewpoints.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle ambiguity.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities and experience working collaboratively across teams.
  • Previous experience or relevant coursework in procurement, operations, or supply chain is preferred.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit within a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $31.33-$36.67/hr. (DOE)
