Our client is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to join their team onsite in Portland, OR.

CEO Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
Develop, implement, and evaluate the organization’s strategic plan. 
Hire, develop, and retain qualified team members.
Keep up to date on industry regulations to support policy/operational improvements. 
Create a positive and productive culture.

CEO Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field.
Prior leadership experience within the healthcare industry; inpatient hospital or psychiatric health experience required. 
In-depth understanding of current federal healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary: $200k-$230k (DOE)
