Bilingual Recruiter
Our client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Recruiter specializing in blue-collar production workers to join their dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to support the organization's growth and operational needs. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the operations team, you will ensure that each recruit reflects the company’s values and meets specific job requirements.

This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon. Only candidates who live within a 45-minute commuting radius will be considered.

Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and managing onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for blue-collar production positions.
  • Administer and interpret reasoning and personality tests to determine candidate suitability.
  • Work closely with the operations team to understand and meet their staffing needs and challenges.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for various production roles.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both immediate and future staffing needs.
  • Actively participate in job fairs, networking events, and other activities to attract potential talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience that aligns with the company’s values.

Bilingual Recruiter Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruiting blue-collar production workers.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Skilled in interpreting reasoning and personality tests.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to quality hires.
  • Familiar with modern recruitment tools and technologies.

Salary: $55K-$65K/year. (DOE)
