Corporate Paralegal Specialist
Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal Specialist to support their legal operations.

This role will be primarily working onsite in Portland, Oregon.

Corporate Paralegal Specialist Responsibilities

  • Assist with the uploading and administration of Board meeting materials for two public companies, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution. Experience with Diligent or similar Board platforms is highly preferred.
  • Coordinate and maintain various business licenses, corporate organization documents, foreign qualifications, and related corporate filings.
  • Manage due diligence processes, regulatory filings, and corporate compliance tasks related to corporate, securities, or finance matters.
  • Support documentation and record-keeping for Board meetings, including compliance activities.
  • Perform special assignments or projects related to corporate legal matters, as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy in writing, proofreading, and documentation.

Corporate Paralegal Specialist Qualifications

  • Required: Paralegal experience in corporate, securities, or finance work, preferably from a law firm or corporate environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is required; experience with Excel and SharePoint is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently, demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High attention to detail, strong planning and organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships within a small team, as well as with senior and mid-level management, business partners, and external legal counsel.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new subject areas quickly, manage shifting priorities, and maintain productivity during periods of high workload.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, responsiveness, and commitment to quality output.

Compensation:$35-$42 (DOE)
