Logistics Coordinator (Customer Service)
Our innovative manufacturing client has an immediate opening for a process-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their team! The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes pride in their customer service approach.

Logistics Coordinator (Customer Service) Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and tracking details.
  • Communicate with freight carriers to secure quotes, negotiate rates, and confirm shipment information.
  • Proactively resolve issues related to freight delays, damages, or discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.

Logistics Coordinator (Customer Service) Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in logistics and/or customer service preferred; knowledge of freight shipping regulations a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $65k (DOE)
