Airtable Implementation Lead
Our client is seeking an experienced Airtable Implementation Lead to oversee and drive the transition of Airtable as a critical operational tool. This role requires advanced skills in Airtable configuration and project management, with the strategic ability to lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve impactful results.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Airtable Implementation Lead Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organizational transition to Airtable, ensuring alignment with team goals and project timelines.
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for Airtable, balancing strategic objectives with practical applications.
• Collaborate with two Airtable project managers who specialize in configuration, providing support in establishing and refining the Airtable configuration roadmap.
• Configure Airtable directly to support project requirements and meet organizational deadlines, aligning setup with operational needs and efficiencies.
• Oversee the transition process end-to-end, from planning and execution through monitoring and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating training, addressing issues, and promoting departmental buy-in.
• Facilitate training sessions and ongoing updates on Airtable best practices and functionalities.

Airtable Implementation Lead Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with Airtable, with strong skills in configuration and project-based application.
• Proven background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a successful record of implementing new capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at conveying complex ideas to various audiences and translating business requirements into actionable goals.

Compensation: $55.63/hr. (DOE)
