Airtable Implementation Lead
Our client is seeking an experienced Airtable Implementation Lead to oversee and drive the transition of Airtable as a critical operational tool. This role requires advanced skills in Airtable configuration and project management, with the strategic ability to lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve impactful results.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Airtable Implementation Lead Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the organizational transition to Airtable, ensuring alignment with team goals and project timelines.
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap for Airtable, balancing strategic objectives with practical applications.
- Collaborate with two Airtable project managers who specialize in configuration, providing support in establishing and refining the Airtable configuration roadmap.
- Configure Airtable directly to support project requirements and meet organizational deadlines, aligning setup with operational needs and efficiencies.
- Oversee the transition process end-to-end, from planning and execution through monitoring and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating training, addressing issues, and promoting departmental buy-in.
- Facilitate training sessions and ongoing updates on Airtable best practices and functionalities.
Airtable Implementation Lead Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience working with Airtable, with strong skills in configuration and project-based application.
- Proven background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a successful record of implementing new capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at conveying complex ideas to various audiences and translating business requirements into actionable goals.
Compensation: $55.63/hr. (DOE)
