Senior Accountant
Our global technology client seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to support their team! The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle ambiguity while thinking both tactically and strategically.

This is a remote position.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Manage month-end/quarter-end close, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and provide clear insights into financial results.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales, R&D, and Product Development, offering financial guidance and recommendations.
• Develop accurate financial forecasts, assess risks and opportunities, and communicate assumptions to management.
• Perform complex financial analysis, create forecasts, and provide insights to improve business performance and KPIs.
• Contribute to process improvements, build reports in BI tools, and assist with ad hoc projects and financial reviews.

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive Finance experience with a proven track record of driving results.
• Prior SaaS and/or business partnering experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex financial data.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools; familiarity with Hyperion/Smart View a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization and business partner with key stakeholders.

Salary: $35/hr. (DOE)
