Financial Analyst
Our client seeks an experienced Accounting/Finance professional to join their team! In this Financial Analyst role, you will manage financial planning, analyze financial statements, and handle day-to-day financial reporting. The ideal candidate is collaborative, enjoys working in a close-knit team environment, and is excited to grow in their role with the organization.

Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash modeling.
• Develop and deliver presentation decks for internal and external audiences.
• Communicate financial information to stakeholders to provide insight for informed decision-making.
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

Financial Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting and/or finance experience.
• Knowledge of financial statements, reporting, and financial planning.
• ERP systems proficiency (Great Plains or similar a plus) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate financial data effectively across the organization.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $70k-$90k (DOE)
