FP&A Manager
Our well known retail client seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to support their team. The ideal candidate has a background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and product margin, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver insights to senior leadership.

This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week onsite in Boston, Massachusetts.

FP&A Manager Responsibilities

• Support planning team by providing key insights into business performance, focusing on Consumer & Product aspects.
• Create and deliver monthly and quarterly reports and analyses on product revenue and gross margin to inform monthly/quarterly/leadership financial reviews.
• Assist with long-range planning through profitability models, forecasts, and target setting.
• Identify and implement process and model optimizations to provide more timely and relevant insights across revenue and margin.
• Develop and improve tools and processes that enhance financial planning and reporting, focusing on KPIs and product insights.

FP&A Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and/or budgeting/forecasting.
• Preference for prior experience in Product Margin/Finance within retail, consumer goods, or similar industry.
• Tech-savvy with ERP systems, financial dashboards, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to lead quantitative analysis, build financial models, and create presentations for senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional projects.

Salary: $60-$63/hr. (DOE)
