Program Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the successful rollout and management of large-scale solutions and products. This individual will work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution, resolve issues proactively, and maintain high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with a strong background in client relationship management and program oversight.
This role is fully remote.
Program Manager Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for the rollout of large-scale solutions and products delivered to the client.
- Develop and maintain program dashboards that offer clear visibility into program status and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to align strategies and methodologies.
- Implement and manage a proven issue-resolution process with clear criteria and escalation paths.
- Work with internal teams to establish and maintain processes and Service Levels for program operations.
- Oversee the resolution of sensitive client and internal issues, ensuring timely coordination across departments.
- Organize and facilitate weekly internal program reviews and client program meetings.
- Support field teams in resolving issues that require operational or technical assistance.
Program Manager Qualifications
- 8–10 years of client relationship management experience.
- 5–10 years of software engagement, program, and/or project management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in internet-based solutions, preferably in automotive retailing or IT.
- Demonstrated success in managing external client expectations and delivering program requirements.
- Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment and manage virtual teams.
- Strong leadership skills in a project-oriented setting.
- Superior communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Success working in highly collaborative and cross-functional team environments.
- Skilled in anticipating and adapting to changing conditions and opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA is a plus.
- PMP or other relevant industry certifications are a plus.
