Interim Non-Profit Grant Manager
Our Portland local client has an immediate opening for an Interim Non-Profit Grant Manager to support their team! You won't want to miss out on this stellar opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization that has been ranked as a top place to work in Oregon.
This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon.
Interim Non-Profit Grant Manager Responsibilities
- Manage grant funding and contract review processes ensuring timely completion.
- Handle daily cash management/banking functions.
- Maintain general ledger ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review and reconcile accounting transactions for accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statement packages.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis, project management, reporting, and accounting support.
Interim Non-Profit Grant Manager Qualifications
- Non-profit background and grant and/or fund accounting knowledge required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field a plus.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and ERP systems (NetSuite or similar a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong decision-making abilities.
Salary: $60-$75/hr. (DOE)
