Human Resources Manager
Our local Portland client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team for a 12 week contract position. The ideal candidate is team-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Lake Oswego, Oregon.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications
•    5 years of progressive HR experience within a mid-sized company (1,000+ employees).
•    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
•    Strong knowledge of multi-entity HR processes and regulations.
•    Proficient with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities
•    Lead LOA, employee relation, ADA accommodation, and retention programs.
•    Manage workers' compensation, HR system advancements, and HR record-keeping procedures. 
•    Ensure compliance with current HR regulations and company policies.
•    Additional duties and projects as needed.

Salary: $40-$48/hr. (DOE)
