Account Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled and relationship-driven Account Manager to join their team. This high-impact role is based on the West Coast and requires travel between Oregon and California to build and maintain strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will excel at expanding business opportunities, fostering technical collaborations, and serving as a trusted escalation point.

This role is mostly remote and open to candidates who reside on the West Coast. Some travel is required.

Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Expand the company’s footprint by identifying and engaging with new departments and decision-makers to drive technical development and adoption.
  • Support new orders by connecting with the right individuals and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Act as the escalation point for client issues, providing timely resolutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Technical Review Management (TRM) expertise to enhance client engagement and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Strategically develop inroads where the client already has a presence, building on existing business relationships to create additional opportunities.
  • Travel between Oregon and California as required to engage with clients and build rapport.

Account Manager Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role, with a focus on building and expanding business relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to identify and connect with key decision-makers in technical and operational roles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for relationship-building.
  • Skilled in managing client escalations and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a track record of successfully driving business growth and creating new opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Oregon and California.

Salary: $150k-$200k/year + bonus. (DOE)
