Sales Account Coordinator (Manufacturing)
Our innovative manufacturing client seeks a driven Sales Account Coordinator to grow with their team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts well to ambiguity, and has the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal team members.

Sales Account Coordinator (Manufacturing) Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and manage contract signing processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during product development phase.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues related to delivery, pricing, quality, and product details, taking ownership of solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet, and exceed, customer expectations.
  • Assist with streamlining operations to improve accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Sales Account Coordinator (Manufacturing) Qualifications

  • Manufacturing industry experience required; food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales support, account management/coordination, and/or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP software systems required; exposure to SAP or similar preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Organized with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary: $60k-$80k (DOE)
