Bilingual HR Generalist
Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support their dynamic team. This role will be responsible for a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.
Bilingual HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
- Support employee relations by providing guidance on performance management, workplace concerns, and company policies.
- Assist in administering HR programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits processes, providing employees with accurate and timely information.
Bilingual HR Generalist Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Compensation: $60k-$65k (DOE)
