Service Sales Representative
Our client is seeking a results-driven Service Sales Representative to expand business opportunities within the power generation sector. This role is ideal for a sales professional with expertise in either marine or power generation equipment, who thrives on building relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
This role is mostly remote with travel required to engage with customers on-site in the Spokane, WA area.
Service Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
- Manage customer relationships by maintaining existing accounts and re-engaging past clients for future business.
- Provide technical solutions by understanding client requirements and recommending appropriate power generation or marine equipment.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless customer support and high-quality service delivery.
Service Sales Representative Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in either marine or power generation industries.
- Experience with marine equipment brands or power generation solutions.
- Proven ability to develop leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of power generation systems, grid infrastructure, or marine propulsion solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to meet with customers across various regions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems.
Salary: $60K-$100K/year + commission. (DOE)
