Brand Marketing Accounts Professional
Our client is seeking a Brand Marketing Accounts Professional to join their North America Retail Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing relationships with Fortune 500 fashion retailers, developing seasonal sales plans, and collaborating across various marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of omni-channel consumer journeys, retail marketing, and strategic brand placement within both physical and digital retail environments.
This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.
Brand Marketing Accounts Professional Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal marketing plans, with a focus on Fall and holiday campaigns, to enhance brand presence in key retail accounts.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with external retail partners, ensuring effective brand positioning in stores and digital platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Buying, Commercial Sales, and Marketing, to align strategies and drive sales.
- Negotiate brand placement and marketing activations with key retail partners to maximize visibility and consumer engagement.
- Lead the creation of omni-channel consumer journeys that connect in-store and digital retail experiences, enhancing the brand’s footprint across multiple platforms.
- Oversee product placement strategies in both physical stores and online marketplaces, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and refine wholesale marketing strategies that support brand growth within key fashion and department store accounts.
- Track and manage marketing budgets, author marketing briefs, and oversee agency collaborations to bring marketing initiatives to life.
- Regularly analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to optimize marketing strategies and account relationships.
Brand Marketing Accounts Professional Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account marketing, with a focus on omni-channel consumer journeys and fashion retail.
- Proven ability to negotiate and execute brand placement strategies with key retail partners.
- Experience in developing and managing seasonal retail marketing plans, particularly for Fall and holiday seasons.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing, wholesale distribution, and product merchandising in both physical and digital spaces.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with retail accounts.
- Background in digital and brand marketing, with familiarity in leveraging various platforms for consumer engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to “sell a vision” to retail partners.
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience managing budgets, authoring marketing briefs, and working with external agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Ability to travel domestically as needed.
Compensation: Up to $50.67/hr. (DOE)
