Account Manager
Our client, a well-established provider of maintenance services to commercial properties, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their team. As the business continues to grow organically, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to capitalize on warm leads from an existing customer base, develop growth strategies, and take ownership of client relationships. This position is ideal for someone who is early in their career and eager to embark on a path that could lead to business ownership.

This is a remote role to candidates who reside in the Seattle Washington Metropolitan Area. Candidates will be required to travel occasionally for appointments and networking opportunities.

Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact existing clients to assess satisfaction and identify new service opportunities.
  • Directly sell and promote services client services targeting shopping malls and property management companies.
  • Facilitate the contracting and management of outsourced services, including porter services, window washing, furniture removal, pavement maintenance, and sealcoating.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property and facility managers through regular emails, phone calls, site visits, and networking.
  • Understand in-depth the services offered by riding along with drivers, learning about the equipment, and meeting customers.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive personal vehicle to appointments and networking events (company vehicle provided as role progresses).

Account Manager Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to engage with and maintain client relationships; experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • High motivation and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively network within the industry.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company, with a long-term career outlook.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in the maintenance or property management industry is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: $60K-$80K/year. (DOE)
