Accounts Receivable Analyst (Fully Remote)
Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage accounts receivable (AR) analytics, collections, and credit analysis processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining long-term relationships with both internal and external customers.

This is a fully remote role.

Accounts Receivable Analyst Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on AR metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), AR aging, customer billing, and payments to improve collection efficiency.
• Reconcile customer accounts, including invoices, credits, payments, and contract amendments, while recommending actions based on refined data.
• Conduct credit analysis for new and existing customers, evaluating their payment performance and ensuring compliance with credit terms.
• Develop and improve AR reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, reduce DSO, and improve cash flow.
• Maintain productive relationships with customers and internal teams to address B2B collections, billing issues, and drive customer satisfaction.

Accounts Receivable Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in B2B collections, credit analysis, general accounting, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of AR metrics, the order-to-cash cycle, and interpreting financial contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, dashboards) and Power BI experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday, Salesforce CPQ) and SaaS industry knowledge is preferred.
• Collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and suggest improvements to support operational efficiency.

Compensation: $30-$41/hr. (DOE)
