ADA Leave Administrator
Our Portland client seeks a reliable ADA Leave Administrator to support ADA, FMLA, and OFLA related activities for their HR department. This role will work with a small team in a casual environment and would be an excellent fit for someone who is flexible and team oriented.

This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days a week onsite in Portland, Oregon.

ADA Leave Administrator Responsibilities

  • Process and track ADA and leave-related requests.
  • Respond to employee and customer inquiries.
  • Schedule and assist with taking meeting minutes.
  • Research ADA requests for equipment.
  • Update and maintain electronic employee records and files.
  • Additional projects as assigned.

ADA Leave Administrator Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of high volume ADA and leave of absence experience.
  • Degree in Human Resources or similar field a plus.
  • Strong MS Excel, Outlook, and Word skills.
  • ERP systems knowledge; exposure to PeopleSoft a plus.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.
  • Organized multitasker with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary:$35-$40/hr. (DOE)
