Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Our client seeks a Part-Time Administrative Assistant who can support their team 20-30 hours a week! The ideal candidate adapts well to changing needs, is self-motivated, and has great attention to detail and accuracy.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support including preparation of reports/correspondence/presentations and maintaining physical/electronic files.
  • Assist Finance team with reviewing timekeeping, payroll, and expense/purchase entries.
  • Support HR team with daily recruiting/onboarding functions and maintain electronic records/files.
  • Track and manage vendor correspondence to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contracts/corporate policies.
  • Perform inventory counts, manage office supplies, and serve as an informal resource for less experienced colleagues.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with proven ability to assist with timekeeping, calendar management, meeting notes, and other admin-related tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn other programs as needed.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organized and self-driven with the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Resourceful with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $24.14/hr. (DOE)
