Apparel Materials Data Analyst
Our client is seeking an Apparel Materials Data Analyst to support ongoing sourcing initiatives within the yarn-focused sector of their apparel materials team. This role is ideal for a proactive, data-savvy professional who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is excited to grow alongside leadership while contributing to high-impact enterprise projects.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Apparel Materials Data Analyst Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for strategic sourcing initiatives aimed at simplifying material complexity and enhancing innovation and profitability.
• Partner with stakeholders across sourcing, product creation, supply chain, and sustainability to inform data-driven decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and clarify key insights aligned with material and financial objectives.
• Use data visualization tools, especially Tableau, to communicate findings and support strategic execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, supporting seasonal goals and long-term priorities.
• Develop a deep understanding of vendor capabilities and help optimize material alignment strategies.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and problem-solving in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Apparel Materials Data Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, sourcing, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong proficiency with Tableau for data visualization.
• Comfort working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and foundational SQL skills required; experience with Snowflake, Python/R, or Alteryx is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and willingness to learn alongside leadership.

Compensation: Up to $34.67/hr. (DOE)
