Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience in an organization that makes an impact on local communities. 

This is a remote position in these states: OR, WA, ID, UT, NV, AZ, WI, TX and/or MT. Candidates from Portland, OR and SW Washington preferred.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and current members.
• Send health assessments to members.
• Collaborate with team members to provide additional external resources.
• Document activities within a ticketing system.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of state and federal industry regulations.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare environment.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Experience with outbound calls within a call center environment highly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office skills and navigating multiple electronic files simultaneously.
• Accurate typing skills (minimum 35 words a minute).
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain deadlines and strong problem solving skills. 

Salary: Up to $19/hr. (DOE)
