Bilingual HR Administrator
Our client is seeking a Bilingual HR Administrator to provide essential support to their HR team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Bilingual HR Administrator will assist with onboarding, HR operations, and administrative tasks while ensuring a smooth and efficient employee experience.
This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.
Bilingual HR Administrator Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding activities, including background screenings, new hire orientations, and timecard coordination.
- Track and manage onboarding tasks to ensure all steps are completed before new employees start.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR operations, handling routine tasks with a strong customer service approach.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication to facilitate smooth workflows and team coordination.
- Support the recruiting team with HR-specific administrative needs as required.
Bilingual HR Administrator Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
- At least one year of administrative experience, preferably in an HR setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Experience with HR software such as Paychex or SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation: $20-$25/hr. (DOE)
