Bilingual Skilled Trades Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, onboarding).
• Collaborate with TA leaders to define needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for hiring quality production workers.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and future staffing requirements.
• Administer and interpret personality tests to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract potential talent.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws throughout the recruitment process.

Bilingual Skilled Trades Recruiter Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a recruiter specializing in blue-collar production worker recruiting.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices (including DEI).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Organized with strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.

Salary: $55k-$65k (DOE)
