Commercial Sales Manager
Our client is experiencing major growth and seeks a knowledgable Commercial Sales Manager to manage their East Coast sales team. The ideal candidate is customer service focused, team-oriented, and adapts well to changing needs.

This is a fully remote role requiring extensive travel throughout the East Coast region. Candidates must be located within the Delaware Valley / Philadelphia Metro area.

Commercial Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop sales team; set performance goals and foster a collaborative, productive team environment.
  • Oversee the development of commercial B2B accounts and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, manage orders, and resolve conflicts to ensure high satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain records, monitor financial transactions, generate reports, and collaborate with finance on payment terms and collections.
  • Identify process enhancements, streamline operations, and ensure clear communication across departments to improve overall efficiency and service quality.

Commercial Sales Manager Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of B2B/commercial sales experience, including 2+ years of direct supervisory experience of a sales team.
  • Prior experience with equipment rental, industrial sales, or similar highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Customer service focused with strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in diverse, industrial environments and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and passport.

Salary: $100k-$120k + Bonus
