Construction Accountant 
Our local construction client seeks an experienced full-time Construction Accountant to join their close-knit team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a stable, casual, family-oriented atmosphere. The ideal candidate performs well in a self-directed environment and has multiple years of construction accounting under their belt.

Responsibilities of the Construction Accountant 

• Monitor job costs and prepare progress billings/reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Support tax and insurance filing processes.
• Assist with payroll processing and reporting.
• Ad-hoc AP, AR, and WIP reporting.

Qualifications of the Construction Accountant 

• Experience with Viewpoint Vista or similar system.
• 4+ years of full-process accounting experience in construction or related field.
• Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP, and progress billing functions.
• Deadline-driven with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Salary: $75k – $90k (DOE)
