Corporate Accounting Manager
Our westside client seeks an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to support their team. This is a highly visible role which provides an opportunity to get a foot in the door at a well-known, global company. The ideal candidate is self-driven and confident in their ability to provide direction to a well-established team.

Corporate Accounting Manager Responsibilities

• Handle corporate accounting functions for compensation and benefit-related programs.
• Collaborate with HR department to ensure accuracy and SOX compliance of financial statements.
• Prepare financial reports and SEC filings for external audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support continuous process improvements.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and audit support.

Corporate Accounting Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA highly preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant technical accounting experience including prior supervisory/leadership responsibility.
• Exposure to Big 4 Public Accounting, Fortune 500 company, or similar a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and HR-related accounting (compensation, benefits).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or similar), HRIS (Workday or similar), and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary: $60-$70/hr. (DOE)
