Customer Renewal Specialist
Our global technology client seeks a motivated Customer Renewal Specialist to support their team during a peak renewal period! The ideal candidate is personable, customer-focused, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Customer Renewal Specialist Responsibilities 

• Execute all phases of the renewal process including account reviews, notifications, quote creation, and closing strategies.
• Cultivate and secure account renewals while fostering strong relationships with customers to build trust and minimize churn.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Legal to create data-driven renewal strategies tailored to customer needs.
• Recognize customer requirements early, address potential roadblocks, and effectively communicate to ensure timely renewal closures.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on renewal activities and forecasts as needed.

Customer Renewal Specialist Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant customer support and/or admin experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Oracle required.
• Familiarity with SaaS customer support a plus.
• Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field highly preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with C-Suite level clients.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with proven ability to deliver effective and timely solutions to customer issues.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in work.

Salary: $20-$22/hr. (DOE)
