Customer Retention Specialist (HYBRID)
Our global technology client has an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Retention Specialist to join their team! This is a stellar opportunity to gain professional experience in an exciting industry, and the role could become a permanent position for the right fit! 

This remote role requiring 3 days a week onsite in Westminster, Colorado.

Customer Retention Specialist Responsibilities 

• Make outbound calls to address customer issues and concerns that may lead to potential service discontinuation.
• Identify customer needs and suggest relevant offerings to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain documentation of interactions in CRM system.
• Minimize escalation and route calls as needed. 
• Support ongoing process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Perform research to suggest product improvements.

Customer Retention Specialist Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of sales experience highly preferred.
• At least 5 years total of customer service and/or sales support experience.
• Customer-service focused with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite required.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $20-$22/hr. (DOE)
