Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – Spanish)
Our well-established non-profit client seeks a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support their team! This is an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience with a mission-driven organization that makes an impact on communities across multiple states. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and enjoys lending a helping hand to others.

This is a remote position available to residents of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Texas and/or Montana.
9am-5:30pm PST hours are required and full attendance for the first three weeks of training is mandatory.

Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – Spanish) Responsibilities

• Reach out to new and current members via phone and email.
• Send health assessments to members.
• Maintain documentation of calls and activities performed.
• Provide members with useful resources.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal industry regulations.

Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – Spanish) Qualifications

• 1 year of call center and/or customer service experience within a healthcare-related environment.
• Exceptional customer service approach with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and accurate typing skills (35 WPM minimum).
• Ability to effectively multi-task and navigate through multiple electronic files simultaneously.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $19.57/hr. (DOE)
