Data Analyst
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team and support enterprise-level initiatives focused on material transformation and data reporting. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, a collaborative approach, and strong analytical capabilities to drive insights that support business decision-making.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Data Analyst Responsibilities

• Support a material transformation project by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing strategic insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide reporting solutions that support sourcing, procurement, and cost analysis.
• Utilize Excel, Tableau, and SQL to structure and visualize complex datasets.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize data-driven decision-making.
• Interpret large data sets, extract meaningful insights, and present findings clearly to key business partners.
• Assist with enterprise-wide reporting initiatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data analysis.
• Adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to process improvements.

Data Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, analytics, business, or a related field (not required).
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on business insights rather than engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Tableau; experience with SQL and Snowflake is a plus.
• Python and Alteryx knowledge preferred but not required.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or cost analysis is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being a self-starter.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Effective communicator with the ability to present data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
• Previous experience in retail analytics (excluding marketing analytics) is beneficial.

Compensation: $31-$36.67/hr. (DOE)
