Digital Studio Producer
Our client is seeking a Digital Studio Producer to serve as the critical connection between internal creative studios and business categories, ensuring seamless coordination in the creation of digital product imagery and assets. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for innovation and process improvement.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Digital Studio Producer Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between creative Design & Production Studios and cross-functional business partners to align goals and expectations.
- Facilitate category meetings to gather requirements for graphics, images, 3D assets, and immersive experiences.
- Proactively identify and address roadblocks impacting studio workflows, scheduling and leading meetings when necessary.
- Manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Wrike, Shotgrid, Airtable, or similar project management platforms.
- Oversee digital asset flow, ensuring proper organization and adherence to established workflows.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards for digital assets.
- Track and report on the status of digital assets, offering metrics and negotiating deadlines for out-of-scope requests.
- Identify and implement process improvements within Apparel and Footwear Product Creation Teams.
- Support the creation, management, and delivery of digital product imagery throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to go-to-market readiness.
- Provide operational support and peer training on tools and processes, documenting current workflows for improved efficiency.
- Actively engage in creative problem-solving to support cross-functional teams, including Operations, Design, and Business stakeholders.
Digital Studio Producer Qualifications
- Proven experience managing projects related to 3D and digital asset creation.
- Familiarity with apparel product creation processes; experience in the apparel or footwear industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across different seasons.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Shotgrid, Airtable, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of end-to-end product creation workflows and 3D tools is a strong advantage.
- Process-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Service-oriented approach, ensuring high levels of collaboration and responsiveness to team needs.
Compensation: $37.33/hr. (DOE)
