Director of People Management
Our client is recruiting for a Director of People Management.
This role is hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.
Director of People Management Responsibilities
- Develops and implements workforce review and planning processes to ensure the organization has the developed personnel needed to meet current and future organization needs. Identifies trends critical roles, high potential employees, and succession needs.
- Partners with leadership to define role categories, and levels within.
- Designs and implements processes for performance programs covering employee grown and informed compensation decisions.
- Serves as an advisor to supervisory structure on employee production and success. Manages employee relations programs to meet company objectives.
- Manages corporate recruiting team establishing including assessment and hiring systems, and the applicant tracking system.
- Develops and implements a strategic recruitment plan aligned with organizational goals by establishing strong partnerships with leaders to understand talent requirements to proactively plan for future workforce needs.
- Implements and manages employer strategy to attract talent leveraging data analytics to enhance effectiveness.
- Develop and engage learning and development initiatives that enhance employee skills to meet current and future organization needs. Oversees activities and programs that support continuous learning and career progression.
- Partners with leadership to gain employee feedback in setting priorities and designing improvement initiatives.
Director of People Management Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university in Human Resources or similar discipline.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Workforce Management, Employee Development, and Talent Acquisition with team leadership responsibility.
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred.
Salary: Up to $150k/year. (DOE)
