Enterprise Architect
Our client is seeking an Enterprise Architect to assist their organization. As an Enterprise Engineer, you will be a key player in our client's technical operations, providing oversight and guidance to their near-shore partnership teams. Your primary responsibilities will include technical oversight, PR reviews, and pairing with developers to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in their enterprise-level solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of web development, e-commerce, and enterprise systems, with proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and databases.

This role is fully remote.

Enterprise Architect Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to near-shore partnership teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough PR reviews, offering constructive feedback and mentorship to developers to enhance code quality and maintain best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams through pairing sessions, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize your expertise in web development and e-commerce to design and implement scalable, enterprise-level solutions.
  • Lead multiple teams effectively, delegating tasks, setting clear expectations, and promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Perform vendor vetting and integration, evaluating third-party solutions and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design robust and scalable systems, considering factors such as performance, security, and reliability.

Enterprise Architect Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Engineer or similar role, with a focus on web development and enterprise systems.
  • Extensive experience in Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and databases, with a strong understanding of their application in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor multiple teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in vendor vetting and integration, with a keen eye for identifying and evaluating third-party solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
