Finance Manager
Our client seeks an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-known healthcare organization that has a national reach. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who is deadline-driven and has the ability to effectively manage a team.

This role is fully onsite in Lubbock, Texas.

Finance Manager Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis to drive impact across the organization.
• Monitor business drivers and financial results.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making, resource allocation, and influence business strategy.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, working effectively through ambiguity.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial activities.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Finance Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA a plus.
• 8 years of progressive accounting experience including prior supervisory/management responsibility.
• Healthcare or insurance-related industry highly preferred.
• Tech-savvy with ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary: $80k-$125k (DOE)
