Financial Reporting Manager
Our exponentially growing client is looking for Financial Reporting Manager to join their team. This role involves managing the preparation of financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing technical accounting guidance.

This is a remote position; candidates must reside in Oregon.

Financial Reporting Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial reporting process.
  • Financial statement prep.
  • Period end close reporting and reports.
  • Will be subject matter expert on US GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Preparing and filing SEC reports.
  • Develop and implement new accounting policy and controls.
  • Prepare technical accounting memos.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with new accounting standards.
  • Work closely with external auditors.
  • Support Project accounting.
  • Support various division leaders providing technical accounting insights.

Financial Reporting Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business
  • CPA certification is required.
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
  • Proven experience with financial statement preparation and SEC reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Salary: $110k – $140k + 10% bonus (DOE)
