FP&A Manager
Our innovative client seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to join their organization. This is a stellar opportunity to work with a growing company that aims to make history in their sector.
FP&A Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, business case evaluations, and strategic investments.
- Lead the preparation of the long-term business plan, conducting financial analysis and sensitivity assessments to evaluate project economics.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders, and coordinate business risk management processes.
- Support financing, capital raising strategies, and M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
- Mentor junior finance team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
FP&A Manager Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Energy, utility, investment banking, or similar industry experience preferred.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities, with experience in project management and effectively managing competing demands and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically, navigate political interactions, and build internal networks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial dashboard creation, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions and collaborate with team members on complex issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of creating and interpreting complex written information clearly and professionally.
Salary: $115k-$175k (DOE) + Bonus
