HR Generalist (Bilingual)
Our client is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their expanding team and help shape the future of a rapidly growing manufacturing organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take ownership of key HR functions. This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.

HR Generalist (Bilingual) Responsibilities

  • Partner with employees and leaders to build strong working relationships and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Execute and support HR initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees receive clear and timely information.
  • Assist in developing and implementing learning and development programs that align with business needs.
  • Ensure HR processes are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the rollout of HR strategies and help navigate HR-related challenges with thoughtful solutions.
  • Serve as a resource for day-to-day employee questions, escalating issues as appropriate.

HR Generalist (Bilingual) Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruiting, compensation and benefits, or learning and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute HR strategy and contribute to solving HR challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment and engaging directly with employees.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Eagerness to grow professionally and contribute to an evolving HR team during a period of rapid organizational growth.

Compensation: $65k-$75k (DOE)
