Inside Sales Representative 
Our international client seeks an experienced Inside Sales Representative to manage business-to-business sales operations for their Southern region!

This is a 100% remote role requiring extensive regional travel. Candidates must live within the state of Texas. 

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Oversee local customer accounts throughout the entire process, from negotiation to contract conclusion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to guarantee a superior customer experience.
• Manage supply chain logistics and monitor stock availability.
• Conduct in-person visits with customers.
• Follow up on warm leads generated from company website.

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications

• Over 3 years of business-to-business sales experience in an industrial sector, including construction, manufacturing, defense, or logistics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of accountability, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiar with a CRM platform.
• Organized and self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Valid TX driver's license with regional travel capability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary: $70k+ (DOE)
