Lead Product Manager
Our client is seeking a Lead Product Manager for their business’s Immersive Gaming Studio, a division focused on developing engaging, interactive digital commerce experiences that reward in-game play through preorders, immersive storytelling, and company products. This role will play a critical part in shaping capabilities that drive consumer engagement in the gaming space.

This role is a hybrid model in Playa Vista, California.

Lead Product Manager Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for preorder capabilities and immersive experiences on the company’s digital platform.
  • Develop compelling product narratives, feature requirements, and documentation to guide the strategic vision.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration among engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive product execution.
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization based on consumer feedback, KPIs, and stakeholder input.
  • Analyze user feedback, KPIs, cultural trends, and audience research to deliver consumer-focused experiences across sports simulation games and battle royale genres.
  • Propose and evaluate new product opportunities that align with immersive storytelling and consumer interests.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with teams based in Los Angeles, WHQ, and New York City.

Lead Product Manager Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of product management experience, preferably in gaming or digital commerce.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and 3D immersive experiences within the gaming space.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Figma, and Adobe/Google Analytics, with a passion for sports, streetwear, and gaming culture.
  • Curiosity, consumer empathy, eagerness, and a trustworthy, influential team-player mindset.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Confluence, Keynote, SQL, and Databricks.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Compensation: $63.33-$71.33/hr. (DOE)
