Machine Learning Engineer
Our client is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join their AI Product Innovation and Activity team. This team consists of dynamic members, including data engineers, software engineers, and ML engineers, working collaboratively to develop innovative solutions. This role focuses on productionizing and maintaining machine learning models, supporting data science teams, and ensuring seamless integration into production environments.

This role is fully remote.

Machine Learning Engineer Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists to transition models from development to production, focusing on model deployment, serving, and maintenance.
• Leverage tools like Spark, Python, SQL, Airflow, and AWS to enhance and optimize machine learning workflows.
• Utilize MLOps practices to ensure efficient version control, testing, and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Contribute to the development of integrated software algorithms for data structuring, analysis, and utilization in product and system applications.
• Support the team in leveraging machine learning techniques for system performance, quality improvements, and data accuracy.
• Apply deep learning and advanced ML algorithms in real-world use cases such as robotics, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence.

Machine Learning Engineer Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on model productionization and operationalization.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
• Proficiency in Python, Databricks, and AWS, with hands-on experience in production-level ML engineering.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, MLOps frameworks, and tools like SQL, Spark, Airflow, Sagemaker, and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
• Engineering background with a proven ability to work alongside data scientists to deploy and maintain models in production.
• Exposure to GenAI tools and capabilities is a plus.

Compensation: $64/hr. (DOE)
