Materials Coordinator
Our client seeks a motivated Materials Coordinator to support their team!

This is a remote role with quarterly onsite meetings required in Tualatin, Oregon.

Materials Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to track deliveries and collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage virtual inventory at manufacturing and storage sites.
  • Receive and manage goods in ERP, monitor inventory, update delivery statuses, and report on performance metrics.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, report cost implications, and address project escalations to prevent revenue loss.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations, report on costs, risks, and performance to management.
  • Identify and drive initiatives to enhance quality, delivery speed, and productivity.

Materials Coordinator Qualifications

  • 3 years of project management, logistics, or similar experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Organized with ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $25-$27/hr. (DOE)
