Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Our client is seeking an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to join their team and support operational efficiency by handling routine yet complex data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. This role requires an independent yet collaborative individual capable of meeting tight deadlines with precision and speed.
This role is onsite in Beaverton, Oregon.
Order Fulfillment Coordinator Responsibilities
- Process and manage sample orders with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform detailed data entry and ensure all information is entered correctly into the system.
- Analyze operational plans and procedures to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain communication with key stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain up-to-date operational scorecards and provide relevant insights to the team.
- Conduct operations analyses to evaluate process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize Excel and other tools to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume tasks with efficiency.
Order Fulfillment Coordinator Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar operational role.
- Strong proficiency in data management systems; familiarity with Excel is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in operational analysis or process improvement is a plus.
Compensation: $35.21/hr. (DOE)
