Project Accountant (AP / Invoicing Specialist)
Our client seeks a self-motivated and process-oriented Project Accountant to support their Portland accounting team! This is a stellar learning and resume-building opportunity working in the public sector alongside a collaborative group.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week onsite in Portland, Oregon.

Project Accountant Responsibilities 

• Handle AP invoice processing.
• Review Excel spreadsheets and update information to maintain accuracy.
• Prepare PDF documents and manage organization of electronic files.
• Additional invoicing and reporting support as directed.

Project Accountant Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable/invoicing experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and processes. 
• Exposure to construction or related industry a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on customer service.
• Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail/accuracy.

Salary: $27-$30/hr. (DOE)
